We want you to love your SCOTTeVEST, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Our goal is to ensure your gear fits your lifestyle perfectly through a seamless and transparent return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all pockets are empty and the original hangtags are still attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days of receipt.
